Public /corrections alias and identity CiteThis blocks
Added a /corrections redirect to the editorial corrections process, a public /changelog of corroborated changes, and Cite this page blocks on identity and legal pages so readers have a stable citation string and a clear path to report data issues.
Honest per-page sitemap lastmod
Static and rankings sitemap entries now stamp lastmod from git or data vintage per page instead of a single portal-wide fingerprint (commit 2477ff0).
Answer capsules on guides and hubs
Guides hub, board pages, and rankings hub now carry a machine-legible data-answer-capsule so AI and snippet extractors can quote a stable lead answer (commit 56e5db9).
Unknown entity routes return real 404
County, metro, state (and child) routes for unknown slugs now return HTTP 404 instead of soft-404 redirect patterns that left crawl residual (commit 490ef9c).
ZIP pages show HUD SAFMR rents, not county FMR
Ingested HUD Small Area FMR (SAFMR) so ZIP pages answer with ZIP-level rents. Example: ZIP 60601 now shows the SAFMR 1BR figure instead of Cook County FMR (commit cb2915e).
